Skill Requirements:
 

• Should be able to comprehend the business domain knowledge thoroughly including existing products, processes & system architecture

• Should be able to define SRS, technical workflows and architecture for new/changed requirements

• Must communicate ideas in an expressive way that is easy for the receiver to understand. Good understanding of SRS & FRS. Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, Snag-it, Knowledge of PlantUML, Markdown, Figma or similar wire framing tools is a plus

• Should have a sound understanding of Database / Storage structures and programming concepts

• Should have good problem-solving skills to come up with solutions to organization’s problems

• Must be quality and detail-oriented
   

Role & Responsibilities:
 

• Understand what the business does and how it does, suggest improvements in existing business processes

• Gather requirements for the new projects/modules/features

• Define, document, present and get approval of functional and technical workflows using user stories, wire-frames, diagrams, etc.

• Plan system architecture & present it in graphical diagrams for approval

• Define storage structure (database design)

• Suggest the tools & technology needed for implementation

• Stay updated on the latest technologies to automate processes and improve efficiency

• Keep high-level track of work progress

• Conduct meetings with client and development team to discuss progress and to identify & solve roadblocks

• Perform acceptance testing

• Perform impact analysis before making any changes

• Work with documentation team to document system workflows, Release Notes, FAQs, User Manuals, Management Presentations and Training Materials
